SEMI-FINISH BUSHINGS We are one of the only (if not the only) supplier that presses, sinters and semi-finishes carbide bushings under the same roof. Since 1998 Creative Carbide has been semi-finishing bushings to standard and special tolerances. We can presently semi-finish any O.D. and Length. We are able to semi-finish I.D.´s down to 0.020.
We offer parts with: - O.D. ground only - O.D. and length ground only - Complete O.D., I.D. and length ground.
Our semi-finished parts come with our grade acid-etched for reference. They are packed in heavy-duty transparent plastic tubes with separators for safe shipping and labeled with its description for your convenience. |

PRE-FORM SEMI-FINISHED AND FINISHED Creative Carbide pre-forms can be furnished in any stage desired. Although we are not a finish grind facility, we can supply finished product by working with any of our excellent fabricator customers. |
