ROUGH MOLD BUSHINGS

Our base product, we offer O.D.’s from 1/4” to 3” with I.D.’s from .010 and up, and lengths up to 6”.  The advanced double-ended pressing that Creative Carbide uses produces a consistent straight part with a slight hourglass.  I.D.’s from .040 and up are core pressed (not drilled) leaving a straight concentric hole with no step lines or misalignment caused by double-end drilling.  I.D.’s from .008 to .039 are done on our hole popper machine in the hard state.  This process, again produces a straight hole with no steps.

PRE-FORM ROUGH MOLD

Although our main business is carbide bushings, we have full capabilities to modify parts to nearly any shape desired in grades from 6% to 30%.  We have just added a Omniturn GT-75 CNC lathe to our fleet of machines.  This machine will greatly improve our consistency and delivery on modified parts, while at the same time, reducing cost.

This new product allows customers to cut off lengths needed for emergency deliveries without having to stock many different sizes of O.D.’s and lengths.
